Perfectly homogenous, with controlled grain size distribution they can be dispersed in a barbotine through simple mechanical agitation. Endowed with good intensity and stability, even at high baking temperatures (above 1250°C). Perfectly mixable. The ideal grain size distribution and high fluidity of the product ensure a constant dosage, and excellent adhesion to the atomized mix. 04. GLAZE STAINS FOR THIRD-FIRING |
|
Third-Fire glaze stains may be used at temperatures ranging from 750°C and 1180°C in rapid and traditional baking. They are suited to all application methods ( silk screening, air brushing, brush and printing). Supplied in micronized powder, they are perfectly mixable in any proportion. They are available in versions with or without lead.

05. GLAZE STAINS FOR TINTOMETRIC SYSTEMS |
|
A limited number of high intensity stains (14-17) which cover a wide colour spectrum, whose colour rendering, and stability have been specifically designed for silk screening. When properly mixed they are able to reproduce 90-95% of existing ceramic dyeings. A precise size distribution allows for its dispersion without the need for milling, easing its suspension.

06. GLAZE STAINS FOR GLASS |
|
The glass stains are a mixture of lead free flux, and inorganic pigments, which allow for a wide range of shades. The pigments may be mixed amongst themselves using specific vehicles, depending on the final application method. The recommended temperature for use is between 580 and 620°C.

|
The wide range of stains offered is ideal for temperatures between 750°C and 950°C. Recommended for brush application, a technique which brings out their great colour rendering.
